Bianca joins us to talk about her transition experience and why she decided to start her own company. After working through a less than ideal transition from the military, Bianca decided she wanted to control her own schedule and start her own company. Her company aims to focus on mothers and helping them with everything and anything having to do with being and becoming a mother. During the process of building her company, she participated in the Rosie Network and IVMF to help her get started.
