She has over 40 years in the fitness industry and is currently certified as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and a Cancer Exercise Training Institute (CETI) certified instructor working with cancer patients. Cat is also the host of the podcast Sisters-in-Service that features all military members but specifically women.
