Scott Mann is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who spent 23 years in the United States Army, 18 of which were as a Green Beret in Special Forces. During his time in the Army, he was deployed on numerous missions across the world, including in Colombia, Iraq, and multiple tours in Afghanistan, where he was responsible for leading and training soldiers in some of the most challenging environments.

Scott's leadership skills were recognized by his superiors, and he received numerous awards and decorations for his service, including three Bronze Stars, the Purple Heart, and the Combat Infantry Badge. These honors reflect his bravery, selflessness, and unwavering dedication to serving his country.

After retiring from the Army, Scott continued to pursue his passion for leadership by becoming a consultant and speaker.
